Code Currents

A visualization of how a codebase was produced, not who produced it.

Software-evolution visualizations encode authorship. That channel goes silent when a repository has one nominal author and an agent doing the work. This one encodes the shape of the process: how much each commit changed, how far it reached, what was later taken back, and where the work is still moving.

The helix
time. One bead per commit; it coils through a burst and opens across a pause.
The orbits
one per file. Radius is its area, thickness its size, speed how recently it was touched.
The corpus
one agentic trajectory read against four human controls, on absolute scales.

Point at a trail to hold it still and see what it changes with. Every value on screen is measured from the git history.
